Participate in DODD Positive Culture Initiative Survey
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) continues to move forward with the Positive Culture Initiative (PCI). The PCI is a belief that all people can interact in ways that promote respect, trust, and safe, healthy relationships. Since its inception in 2008, a statewide network of strong community leaders has emerged around the vision of creating a positive culture that drives decisions being made about services to people in Ohio. These groups have worked diligently to instill local ownership but share resources and take action together as a whole.
In the effort to continue offering you the best possible resources in creating your own positive culture, we are asking that you click on the link provided below and complete the short survey so that we may re-evaluate and design our work going forward.
We are pleased with the progress thus far and anticipate working with all of our valued partners in pursuing this worthy goal as we continue our journey toward a more positive approach in all interactions with people receiving support through our system and to assist them to live safe and meaningful lives.
